Instead of spending $8,000 on staging, the owners spent the money on paint, carpet and new door handles. 

This home looked much larger without furniture, but to show buyers what it could look like, we used virtual staging. Whilst not suitable for every home, it was appropriate for this home.

The main bedroom looked very empty with no furniture. Have a look at how virtual staging was used to illustrate how the bedroom could be. 

The rumpus room in this home was lined with pine paneling. All the rage in the 80's, but it made the room feel very dark and dated.
