In the main bedroom, the old pine bed and cream walls made this room feel empty.
By painting the walls white, using a lighter coloured bedframe & lamps from another bedroom, a white doona cover and decorative cushions really changed the look & feel of this room.
The family room was quite dated with dark furniture & a coloured feature wall.
To breathe some life back into it, it was decorated using materials from our warehouse. White walls and a coastal colour scheme helped make the room feel larger and lighter.
We recommended a fresh coat of paint to the walls (not the architraves, skirting or ceilings) to lighten up the home and leave it feeling fresh.
Buy removing all of their artwork (and the holes) and replacing with some lighter coloured art it refreshed the look and feel.
The owner spent just $6,000 to freshen up the home.
In addition, we added some furniture pieces on loan from our warehouse and the house sold in the FIRST WEEK for a record street price!
